Extension and full remodelling of a Ground Floor apartment, with new living space for the display of art and for year round enjoyment of the beautiful rear garden.

The scheme provided additional bedrooms and storage, and helped to rationalise the general arrangement.

The roof of the large rear facing glazed bay pitches upwards towards the garden, giving the new spaces a far more spacious feel.
