To begin with, in Phase 1, your general landscape brief will be described through general arrangement drawings and initial massing, to understand its relationship with the wider scheme.
During Phase 2, with the help of material & precedent studies and key visuals, you will able to focus the scope into a full defined detail package.
This package will include specifications and finishes of hard landscaping, and an initial consideration of soft landscaping ideas and approach. You will be given assistance in procurement methods to find the right people to turn your desired scope into reality.
Throughout Phase 3, the Landscape Service will continue to help control quality, cost, and programme.
