Project Management
The Project Manager (PM) role is key to any project, coordinating the relationship between members of the team, and overseeing the key parameters including scope, programme & budget.
As part of our Managing Architectural Service, the Architect & Project Manager roles are combined for maximum efficiency and effectiveness. Our project management process includes a seven-point project planning system. This expands the traditional project management triangle (Scope, Cost & Time), with the addition of four equally important aspects (Ethics, Design, Team & Standards).
The project process includes regular review and update of the seven aspects throughout design and construction to help maintain clear focus and adherence to the core objectives.
