Project Phases
Our services are arranged into three sequential project phases. We normally work across all phases from concept to completion, but there are options to provide a service limited to just one or two phases if required. Phases of work are instructed incrementally so you can decide and confirm as your project progresses:

Phase 1 - Scheme Design, to review feasibility, develop the design and submit a planning application.

Phase 2 - Detailed Design, to develop technical information together with your consultants and specialists.

Phase 3 - Contract & Construction, to advise you through the tender, contract and construction process.
